The Palace Hotel, offering professional laundry services, provides a comfortable and hassle-free experience for guests. You can request the laundry staff to collect your clothes and return them neatly and cleanly after washing and ironing.

Elevators

The Palace Hotel, with its modern and safe elevators, provides quick and easy access to all floors for guests. This service ensures a hassle-free stay and greater comfort at every moment of your visit.

Housekeeping

The Palace Hotel offers daily housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and comfort for guests. By selecting the "Clean My Room" option, the staff will clean the room even in your absence. If you choose "Do Not Disturb," the staff will not enter the room under any circumstances. Additionally, guests can request immediate cleaning using the "Call" option, ensuring their room is cleaned as quickly as possible.

Wi-Fi

The Palace Hotel provides free Wi-Fi access in the lobby and rooms, allowing you to stay connected for your daily tasks, online calls, and communication with loved ones, ensuring you have no concerns in this regard during your stay.

Fire Alarm System

برای بهبود کیفیت و دلپذیرتر شدن آسودگی شما در هتل پالاس، نکات زیر را به آگاهی می‌رسانیم:

  • رستوران موزیکال و حیاط هتل هر شب تا ساعت ۲۴:۰۰ (نیمه‌شب) پذیرای شما خواهد بود و با فضایی دلنشین و برنامه‌های زنده، شبی خوش و به‌یادماندنی را برای شما رقم خواهد زد.

  • رستوران و استخر بام هتل تا اطلاع بعدی، به‌دلیل انجام بازسازی و نوسازی، پذیرای میهمانان نخواهند بود. از شکیبایی و همراهی شما سپاسگزاریم.

  • زمان استفاده ویژه بانوان و آقایان از استخر سرپوشیده به شرح زیر است:
    آقایان: ۱۵:۰۰ تا ۱۸:۳۰ | بانوان: ۹:۳۰ تا ۱۴:۳۰

  • استفاده از مرکز تندرستی (باشگاه ورزشی) با پرداخت هزینه ورودی امکان‌پذیر است.
    هزینه ورودی: ۸،۰۰۰،۰۰۰ ریال
    هزینه ورودی برای میهمانان هتل (نیم‌بها): ۴،۰۰۰،۰۰۰ ریال

في إطار رفع مستوى الجودة وتحسين تجربة إقامتكم في فندق بالاس، نود إبلاغكم بما يلي:

  • سيكون مطعم الفندق الموسيقي وساحة الفناء جاهزَيْن لاستقبالكم كل ليلة حتى الساعة 00:00، حيث يوفّران أجواءً مريحة وعروضاً موسيقية حية.
  • يرجى العلم بأن المطعم وحوض السباحة على السطح سيظلان مغلقين مؤقتًا حتى إشعار آخر لإجراء أعمال صيانة وتجديد متخصصة. شكرًا لكم على صبركم وتفهمكم.
  • أوقات استخدام المسبح الداخلي المخصصة للسيدات والرجال هي كما يلي:
    السيدات:
    من 09:30 إلى 14:30 | الرجال: من 15:00 إلى 18:30
  • يتوفر استخدام مركز اللياقة البدنية (الجيم) مقابل دفع رسوم الدخول.
    رسم الدخول الكامل: 8,000,000 ريال رسم الدخول لنزلاء الفندق (نصف الثمن): 4,000,000 ريال

In order to enhance the quality and refine your stay experience at Palace Hotel, we would like to inform you of the following:

  • The Hotel’s Musical Restaurant and the Courtyard will be ready to welcome you every night until 24:00 (Midnight), offering a pleasant atmosphere and live performances.
  • The Restaurant and Rooftop Pool facilities will be closed for specialized maintenance and renovation until further notice. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • The dedicated hours for the use of the Indoor Pool for Ladies and Gentlemen are as follows:
    Gentlemen: 15:00 to 18:30  |  Ladies: 09:30 to 14:30
  • Access to the Fitness Center (Gym) is available upon payment of an admission fee.
    Full Admission Fee: 8,000,000 Rials
    Admission Fee for Hotel Guests (Half Price): 4,000,000 Rials
