Overall, it was a great trip, but the walls were quite thin, and we could easily hear the neighbors next door. "In January 2024, we stayed for four nights. The hotel is new, clean, and well-organized. The staff had a respectful and friendly attitude. The nearest malls to the hotel are Marjan and Kourosh. However, we experienced a bit of delay during room check-in. The cold breakfast options were mostly unchanged during our stay, but the warm breakfast items were more varied."

Among the hotels in Kish, it was excellent in terms of breakfast, room cleanliness (especially the bedding and bathroom), the staff at the lobby, room service, and reception, as well as its proximity to the beach (just 3 minutes away).

Cancellation policy and terms of booking

Cancellation conditions are different in peak and non-peak days, which we have explained below.

Cancellation rules in non-peak days:

If the room reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before the guest’s arrival date, the cost of one night’s stay will be deducted.
If the room reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the cost of two nights’ stay will be deducted.

Cancellation rules during peak periods including holidays, Nowruz and the second six months of the year (high season):

If the room reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before the guest’s arrival date, the cost of two nights’ stay will be deducted.
If the room reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be refunded.
From the moment the guest arrives at the hotel, it includes full fuel.

Required documents for hotel reservation and check-in

It is mandatory to present a valid identification card (national ID, birth certificate, or passport) for all guests.
Check-in for single women is only allowed with the presentation of a national ID and a photo ID birth certificate.
For check-in of married couples with a temporary marriage contract, it is required to provide an official marriage contract booklet with a stamped seal, along with the national ID and photo ID birth certificates of both individuals.
